Are all your albums and merchandise official?
Yes, every product sold at K-Pop Time is 100% official and sourced directly from South Korea. All album sales are counted towards the Hanteo and Gaon charts.
How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery within 3-5 business days.
Will my album include a pre-order benefit (POB)?
Pre-order benefits are included only while supplies last during the official pre-order period. Please check the specific product description to see if a POB is currently available.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We accept returns for defective or damaged items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, you must provide an unboxing video showing the damage clearly from the moment the package was sealed.
How are the albums packaged to prevent damage?
We take great care in our packaging. All albums are wrapped in thick layers of high-quality bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
Do you offer tracking for all orders?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
