- First, please take a video of your turntable play and send it to us and we will contact you after confirmation.

This is most often caused by the level and pressure settings of such devices. Please understand that returns/exchanges are not possible for defects in playback that occur due to problems.
- 'There are often cases where playback is not smooth due to electricity and dust. In these cases, cleaning it with a dedicated vinyl cleaning product will usually solve the problem.

- Due to the nature of color discs, there may be differences in color from album to album during the production process.
- Color discs may contain small dots or other colored dyes from the manufacturing process.
