At K-Pop Time, we want you to love your collection. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and official merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all inclusions like photocards, posters, and stickers are intact and undamaged.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
